family sunday
Thank you to everyone for your support of our Sunday School program. The youngest members of our congregation look to you as examples on how to live a life of faith. All Are Welcome Here
~ adapted from Alexandra Penfold and Suzanne Kaufman
ALL: No matter how you start your day.
What you wear and eat each day.
Or if you come from far away.
All are welcome here!
CHOIR: In our Church safe and sound.
Fears are lost and hope is found.
Raise your voice and sing out loud.
All are welcome here!
ADULTS: Gather now, let’s take part.
Praying and singing from the heart.
Bible stories make us smart.
All are welcome here!
KIDS: Its time to pray, we are all blessed.
We feel God’s love inside our chest.
In His house we are a guest.
All are welcome here!
MEN: Open the doors, rush outside.
By His rules we will abide.
With love and kindness, we will guide.
All are welcome here!
WOMEN: We are part of a community.
Our strength is our diversity.
A shelter from adversity.
All are welcome here!
ALL: You have a space here.
You have a place here.
We love your face here.
All are welcome here!
GLORIA PATRI
Glory be to the Father
and to the Son and to the Holy Ghost,
as it was in the beginning,
is now and ever shall be,
world without end. Amen
THE LORD'S PRAYER
Our Father, who art in Heaven, Hallowed be Thy name
Thy Kingdom Come, Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven
Give us this day our daily bread
And forgive us our debts as we forgive our debtors
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil
For Thine is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen
