A Musical Journey to Holy Week--Led by Dawn Sweet
Understanding this is not a concert, but a time of thought and prayer Dawn requests we refrain from applause. At the conclusion, if so led, the worshippers are invited to respond with “Amen.”
Thank you for coming, pondering and praying. Hopefully this time will enrich your Holy Week journey as you prepare for the Day of Resurrection. Blessed Easter!
May this music guide us to a deeper communion and relationship with our Savior as we prepare to walk the journey of Holy Week.

“THE DAY I STOOD”
Dear Savior,
The day I stood at the foot of the cross I was uncertain
Help my unbelief
The day I stood at the foot of the cross I was anxious
Give me peace
The day I stood at the foot of the cross I was weak
Grant me strength
The day I stood at the foot of the cross my heart was empty
Fill it with your love
The day I stood at the foot of the cross I was full of self
Grow me into humility
The day I stood at the foot of the cross I was closed
Open me to your guidance
The day I stood at the foot of the cross I was in darkness
Give me your Light
The day I stood at the foot of the cross I was burdened
Place your yoke upon me
The day I stood at the foot of the cross I was a wandering lamb
Focus me into your mission
The day I stood at the foot of the cross I was a garden that needed weeding
Remove me the weeds and help me blossom
The day I stood at the foot of the cross I heard you pray
Please let me feel you pray - Amen
